NETECH New England Tech is a competition I entered in 2015 Senior year of high school. The competition had me design a two bedroom house with an open concept living style utalizing the smallest square footage as possible.

My solution was to create a two story house with a main support beam that divided the two main living areas. With such a small square footage on the inside of the house, I created massive porch and deck space as I wanted to celebate outdoor space rather then indoor.
